The quickest way to reach us is Settings → Send feedback in the app. You can also email info@joinue.com.

Step by step

  1. Open SettingsTap Settings, then Send feedback under Help & about.
  2. Say what happenedReport a bug, suggest an idea, or ask a question. Say which game or screen it was, if it's about one.
  3. Read the replyReplies show under Your feedback in Settings, and you get a notification when one arrives.

What to include

  • What you were doing, and what you expected to happen.
  • The phone or browser you were using.
  • For a game or tournament, its name or the date it was played.

Without an account

You can send feedback while playing without an account, and replies show under Your feedback in the same way. If you can't sign in to your account, email info@joinue.com from the address you use with the app.
