My game didn't sync

Once you've used the app on a phone or browser, you can start a casual game there with no signal. If the signal drops mid-leg, the game keeps your darts. Either way, they wait on that device and save to your account when it can reach us again.

What you'll see

  • Offline: we’ll sync when you’re back when your phone loses its connection, and Back online when it returns.
  • A Syncing label at the top of the game while darts are waiting to save.
  • Can't reach the server. Your games are saved on this device and will sync later. when the signal is too weak to get through.
  • Games synced once everything waiting has saved.

Getting it to sync

  1. Get a connection, then open the app on the phone or browser you played on. It tries again when the connection returns, when you come back to the app, and every few minutes while it's open.
  2. Leave the app open for a minute, or close and reopen it.
  3. Don't sign out until it has synced. If games are still waiting, the app warns you first, because signing out deletes them from the device.
  4. Don't clear the browser's data for the app. That deletes them too.

When a game can't be saved

Games played without a signal have to sync within 14 days. After that, the app says they were too old and couldn't be saved. If it says a game couldn't be saved to your account, we got it but the save was refused.

Tournament matches need a connection to start and to save each leg. If a leg didn't save, reconnect and resume the match to try again. If a game is still missing from History, contact us with the date you played it.
